Pre-Employment
Inquiries
Preferred Solutions will perform a past/current* pre-employment
investigation on any applicant that the client is considering
employing. The background investigation will reflect the
applicant's correct dates of employment in an attempt to ensure
that there are no unexplained gaps in employment. It will also
document the applicant's position, responsibilities, type of
equipment operated (if regulated drivers), accident and injury
information, past drug testing results.

If the applicant is a management candidate, we will report on
the type of managerial responsibilities, how the applicant
interacts with subordinates, professional management skills and
other related areas that will assist you in hiring the correct
person.
Criminal
Record Inquiry
We will report any criminal record confirmations which appear in
the applicant's geographical area. This confirmation will
include the type of crime, any fines associated with the record
and the disposition of the incident.
Management
Recruitment
Preferred Solutions, Inc. can assist your organization in the
recruitment of management and driver candidates. We offer
candidate screening which reflects an applicant's knowledge of
the position.
Worker's
Compensation Filings
We will report any state filings which reflect the type of
injury, the date, and the award.
Social
Security Number Verification
We will report on any social security number submitted by the
applicant. This report will reflect that the applicant is using
the correct social security number as assigned by the Social
Security Administration.
Educational
Verification
We will verify any past or current education as reported by the
applicant. This will include any higher education degrees or
certificates as listed by the applicant.
