Preferred Solutions, Inc. can be your organization's solution to concerns over employee safety, safety incentive programs and implementation of procedures concerning injured employees.

We also offer "hands-on" guidance in areas of Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) Compliance. We offer pre-D.O.T. audits on your driver's files, computerized driver log auditing, accident and injury investigation, and management of your safety program.

Preferred Solutions, Inc. also offers customized programs for supervisors in the areas of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (O.S.H.A.) Compliance, facility safety inspections and employee motivated award programs.

Driver File Management

Preferred Solutions will computerize and manage your driver files as mandated under federal regulations. On a monthly basis, we will forward to your organization, a customized computerized report that reflects the items such as physical expirations, driver license expirations, annual review and certificate of violations required updates. All files will be stored at our offices and be made available in the event of an audit by the Department of Motor Carriers.

Pre-D.O.T. Inspections

Preferred Solutions will perform an inspection of your organization's regulatory documents. Included in the inspection are driver files, maintenance records, accident register, a sampling of hours of service with supporting documents, drug testing and other areas that will be reviewed by personnel from the Office of Motor Carriers. After the inspection is completed, you will receive a written report on our findings and suggestions on how to correct the areas of concern.

Accident Investigation

Preferred Solutions will perform an in-depth investigation of any motor vehicle accident and or employee injury. The investigation will report on the findings and conclusions of the investigator regarding causes and liability issues. The report will also offer suggestions on how to correct the situation.

Management/Employee Training

Preferred Solutions offers an alternative to performing in house company training with using our highly-trained experts. We will prepare and offer training on issues such as proper hiring procedures, safety and regulatory related issues, security and loss control programs and techniques and other mutually agreed upon topics. It has been our experience that management and employees pay closer attention to presentations when performed by an outside service rather than presenters who are company personnel.

Computerized Driver Log Auditing

Preferred Solutions will perform an audit of your organization's driver logs which reflect violations that are found with respect to the federal regulations.
