Preferred Solutions will place an undercover investigator into the client workplace posing as an employee. The investigator will report on observations of employee theft, illegal drug usage by employees, gang activities and possible fraudulent worker compensation filings. In addition, we will also report on activities and skills of the supervisors. In most cases, organizations who have a high rate of worker compensation claims or high absenteeism levels are experiencing employees who are also stealing company product, using and or selling drugs in the work place and possibly a strong gang affiliation. Surveillance

Preferred Solutions will perform surveillance utilizing video and still photography regarding employees who are claiming suspected fraudulent worker compensation claims. It has been our experience that organizations must be able to submit documented proof that an employee is not as injured as he/she appears to be.
